Processing & Delivery Times
Our standard processing time is 3-7 business days, and delivery typically takes 4-20 business days, depending on your location.

Jewelry from the Luminous Butterfly Collection not Shining?
Please place it under a strong artificial light source for 10-15 minutes in order for it to absorb light. The longer the exposure to light, better the luminosity. 

Tracking Your Order
If your tracking link shows "in transit" or hasn't updated, rest assured your order is still on its way. Tracking updates may be delayed during international transit but will refresh once it reaches the local courier.
You can track the international status of your order at ParcelsApp. Please note, it can take up to 1-2 business days for tracking to update.

Failed Delivery or Return to Sender
If you see a "failed delivery" or "return to sender" status, please check that your address is complete and accurate. Missed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses may require a reshipment fee.

Awaiting a Tracking Link?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking details. If you haven’t received it, please allow 3-7 business days for processing.

Refund & Return Policy
Refunds and returns are not allowed for items ordered on sale. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Failed Payments
If your payment fails, the funds will be returned to your account automatically within 3-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Since the payment was not successful, we do not receive the money. Refunds for failed payments are handled directly by payment gateways such as PayPal, Shopify Payments, or Stripe.
